Lenny LeMana
Lenny has more than 15 years of senior management experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare communications industry which has been built on a strong clinical background. Lenny and the L&M team takes pride in working closely with clients and key opinion leaders to translate scientific and clinical data into qualitative and quantitative medical education programs.Prior to forming L&M Healthcare Communications with Adam Margolis, Lenny served as Director of Medical Marketing for Organogenesis, where he was responsible for thought leader development, publication planning, and investigator initiated trials.
Adam Margolis
Adam Margolis is a founding Partner at L&M Healthcare focusing on client service, account management and agency operations. Adam has over 18 years of agency experience on the medical education and communications side of the industry, with a strong focus on pre-launch through launch mode medical education programming. The fast-paced nature of medical education brings many day-to-day challenges and outside influences to bear on the outcome of a client's important programming. Adam is able to combine his "seen it all" experience and calm nature into the process of strategically implementing projects and overseeing a growing L&M staff and agency operations.
Betty Grainer
Betty Grainer is Vice President, Account Services working at L&M Healthcare since its
inception in 2005. Betty brings to L&M over 25 yearsʼ of agency experience, both
promotional and medical education, with a particularly strong background in agency
operations. With her "can-do" attitude along with exceptional decision-making skills, L&M is able to produce all programs/projects for our clients on time and within budget. Betty also manages the speakersʼ bureau operations for L&M Healthcare, which currently oversees speakersʼ bureau programs in womenʼs health, wound care, and the CNS arena. Utilizing customized, state-of-the art software, L&M has partnered with many clients to implement compliant, well-run, cost-efficient programs with undeniable ROI.
